  • How does the asynchronous modality (Essential Plan) differ from the live sessions?
    The Essential Plan allows you to advance at your own learning pace, watching the videos and class material. While the plans that include live Zoom sessions (Mentoring and Plus Plan), offer you the possibility to actively participate in the classes through Zoom, where you can interact with your classmates, do group work and participate in experiments and activities in real time.
  • What type of profile is this course for?

In addition, the course includes the completion of a practical project or case study, providing direct experience in the implementation of behavioral strategies to solve challenges by applying the Heurística Lab method.

  • What if I cannot attend a session/class?
    You have nothing to worry about. In all our plans, we will share the session videos within 24 hours after the live class takes place. This will allow you to access the content, making sure you don't miss out on the course content.
  • How do I make the payment if I am from abroad (outside Peru)?
    The registration process does not change if you are from abroad, but we have additional recommendations before making card payments. Make sure your card is enabled to make international purchases. Verify the purchase limits established for your card to avoid inconveniences. Ideally, make the payment from a computer and keep your cell phone handy to enter any verification code, dynamic CVV or security SMS that your bank may send you.
